Your First Dental Appointment
We want you to enjoy your time with us from the very first step you take through our front door. That’s why Dr. Ayer and the rest of our dedicated staff take the time to not only learn about your smile, but any concerns or preferences you have as well. During this crucial initial appointment, we’ll perform an exhaustive evaluation of your oral health so that we can know about every issue that needs attention; a periodontal assessment and oral cancer screening will be performed during this time, as well.
Once we’re familiar with your needs, we can begin to suggest possible options for treating, taking into account your schedule, your budget, and other any factors that are important to you. Are you interested in improving the cosmetic appearance of your smile in addition to its health? Would you prefer to use sedation dentistry during treatment in order to ease your nerves? Dr. Ayer will be happy to discuss these concerns and much more with you so that we can be sure to provide the most ideal experience possible. The DocAyer Dental Membership Plan
While we are happy to accept insurance plans, more and more patients don’t have access to dental insurance coverage, which can lead to skipped appointments and worsening damage to oral health. Dr. Ayer has seen the consequences of these issues firsthand and has created a preferred plan of coverage, the DocAyer Dental Membership Plan. No more lag in coverage or middle man deciding what dental treatment you are covered for. Get the care you need NOW!
The DocAyer Membership Plan is Direct Primary Care (DPC). DPC is dental care involving a direct financial relationship between the patient and dentist in exchange for personal and accessible primary dental care services. It is our preferred patient relationship and works like traditional insurance without the costly deductible, restrictive yearly maximums, and other related headaches! For a flat fee, patients will receive essential preventive dentistry and valuable discounts on a wide variety of other services, including dental crowns, root canals, Invisalign Clear Braces, and more.
